For many years, Dr. Carl & Victoria Langlois  have labored to reach those in inner cities in America.  Many children often are without fathers and at-risk.  Many are in crime ridden areas and born to drug addict mothers.  More often than not they are being raised by adults other than their natural parents.  These children need love and so many things that other children often take for granted.  We work to bring Christ and His love to them.
